District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (December 9, 2022)

We met with Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Sesay, District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Port Loko District on December 9, 2022. We explained the foundation goals and possibility of building a clinic on land the family owns near Lungi. We discussed the various options for clinics versus health centers that include a surgery facility (a “theatre”). We went with Mr. Sesay to the family land site, and he indicated verbally that for a clinic (no theatre), the location would be approved. Mr. Sesay later provided approved floor plans.
